Wesley has held senior leadership roles across the finance, telecom, and technology verticals as well as the non-profit and public sectors. His deep foundation in mathematics, physics, and chemistry shapes his ability to evaluate complex energy systems and guide technical innovation. His combination of scientific training and commercial experience underpin Open Origin’s approach to integrating electrochemistry, large-scale power infrastructure, and fuel production. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Owner/President Management program. As Joint Managing Director of the FACOR Group and Chairman & CEO of Facor Global Pte Ltd, he drives international trade and global investments.

Ashish is a Managing Committee Member of the Associated Chambers of Commerce & Industry of India (ASSOCHAM), the Federation of the Andhra Pradesh Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and the Federation of Indian Export Organizations (FIEO). He has served as the First ever Honorary Consul of the Republic of Maldives in India since 2002, and as First Honorary Consul of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas in India.
